It is located inside the Elgin Centre and winds it's way through the main corridor, starting near the west entrance.

The name of the business comes from the rich Railway history in St. Thomas & Elgin County. 1856 was the year the first rail line that passed through St. Thomas was completed and it's also the year the London & Port Stanley Railway (L&PS) was inaugurated.
