About Us

Insight Counselling Elgin is comprised of a group of skilled therapists who offer compassionate and insight-based counselling to children, teens, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety and depression, post-partum issues, ADHD, relationship conflict, childhood and recent trauma, grief and loss, family of origin issues, life transitions, work and school stress, and parenting difficulties. We offer flexible scheduling and would be honoured to support you either at our bright, calming, and comfortable offices in St. Thomas or online.
