Buchanan Law specializes in Criminal and Regulatory Defence, proudly serving clients in London and the surrounding areas. The firm handles a wide range of criminal charges and regulatory offences and also offers document notarization and commissioning services.

Following his call to the bar, Jim Buchanan established a strong Criminal Defence practice in Thunder Bay, where he represented a substantial number of clients charged with Provincial and Regulatory offences, including numerous CVOR-related matters.

Recently, Jim relocated to St. Thomas with his family and is now focused on using his enforcement and legal experience to support the trucking industry throughout Southwestern Ontario.
