    About Us

    YWCA St. Thomas-Elgin is a not for profit, charitable organization delivering services in St. Thomas and Elgin County for over 120 years. They provide programs for children, youth, adults, and families from all walks of life - meeting people where they are at and offering support in a time of need. Through their affordable, supportive housing, poverty intervention programs, youth employment, adult education, settlement services, childcare, aquatics and children's programs they create opportunities for life stabilization, growth and wellness.


    Languages: English, Arabic, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Plautdietsch, Punjabi, Urdu.
    Services in additional languages may be available upon request through the settlement program.
