VON Canada is Canada's only, national not-for-profit, charitable home and community care organization. For more than 120 years, our nurses, therapists and other health care providers have cared for Canadians in their own homes. The St. Thomas site of VON Middlesex-Elgin has been caring for the residents of Elgin County for over 110 years. Employees and volunteers provide a wide range of services including Meals on Wheels, Transportation Services, Visiting Programs, Exercise Clinics, Nursing, Personal Support and Assisted Living.
