About Us

The Clearing is an enchanting and elegant outdoor event venue, nestled within a thirty acre woodlot on the Vachon's farm. Guests enjoy custom washrooms with wheelchair access, a covered, open bar made from an old oak milled on the property, and a stone dance floor that's also outdoor, illuminated by a beautiful rustic chandelier. The clear, steel structured tent is a beautiful and elegant addition to any style reception, and boasts a complete patio stone floor with stage and second dance floor with infloor lighting. The wood chip pathways are sprinkled with string lighting - perfect for picture opportunities or a simple stroll for your guests.
Electricity, municipal water, secure storage, and overnight parking are also provided. The Clearing is also fully licensed by the LCBO.
