              About Us

              The Smokin' Caboose Barbecue is a family-run smoke shack on Talbot Line, just on the edge of St. Thomas. They offer delicious smoke meats including brisket, pulled pork, chicken and sausages. The menu features sandwiches, wraps, ribs and a variety of side dishes. All mouth-watering tastiness!
              They're open every Wednesday to Saturday from noon until 8pm.
