Lewis Baked Goods is an artisan micro-pizzeria in the heart of downtown St. Thomas, Ontario, dedicated to the craft of exceptional pizza. Founded by Marty Lewis after a decade spent perfecting a signature long-fermented dough made with local Ontario flour, this tiny pizzeria delivers an extra-delicious crust that is crispy on the outside, airy and chewy on the inside, and easy to digest. Operating out of 572 Talbot Street, they specialize in artisan deck-oven pizzas, authentic Detroit-style deep dish, and creative community-backed collaborations built entirely on local quality and craft.
