About Us

Kids Zen Inc. are Registered Social Workers and psychotherapists providing counselling services to children, teens, parents and families with office space in London and St. Thomas, as well as virtually across Ontario. They provide support with parenting challenges, children's mental health needs, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation, trauma, adjustment and sleep concerns. They use a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, play therapy approaches and dialectical behavioral therapy.
