About Us

Courageous Counselling and Play Therapy is a solo private practice providing evidence-based play therapy for children ages 3–12, along with parent support and parenting intensives. She helps children and their parents navigate anxiety, big emotions, behavioural challenges, trauma, attachment, OCD, selective mutism, and life transitions with compassion and practical support. Services are available in St. Thomas and virtually across Ontario.
