Employee recruitment and retention is one of the most pressing concerns facing our business community. While recruitment is often the focus of many businesses, it is important that retention is not overlooked.  To this end, the Chamber has partnered with Literacy Link South Central, Fanshawe College, Gateway Adult Learning, the YWCA, and the St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership to empower businesses to invest in their current staff to support labour market challenges.
