State of the Municipalities Luncheon 2014
What's it take to be a Mayor? What keeps a Mayor up at night? What's happening to support local business and job creation? What question would you like to ask? You'll have your chance next week.The St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host our 4th annual "State of the Municipalities" luncheon next Wednesday, February 19, with presentations by all 3 St. Thomas & District Mayors at St. Anne's Centre in St. Thomas.Advance sale only. Tickets can be ordered now from the Chamber office by calling us at 519-631-1981. $30 per person + HST. Ticket sales close at 3:00 p.m. this Friday, Feb 14, to allow us to confirm catering details.The Mayors each get up to 10 minutes for individual remarks, followed questions from the floor and the Chamber.2014 is a municipal election year and we're looking forward learning more about our local leaders' plans going forward.
