The St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite our Members & Guests to a free and open event in co-operation with our friends and neighbours at The Arts & Cookery Bank in West Lorne.You'll have a chance to meet their Chef Gerry Brandon and your taste-buds will enjoy the trip along Lake Erie's north shore. Chef Brandon is a graduate of Stratford Chef School. He grew up on a farm and knowing where his food comes from has been a guiding principle in his style of cooking today. Involved in the 'Farm to Cookery' movement as an Executive Chef in 5-Star hotels and restaurants, he has a passion about the magic of food and how it helps to build Community.It's an Open House - Food & Flavour ExtravaganzaNo charge.
